Convenient location.
Owner prompt response to the washing machine issue and helped to wash, dry and fold our clothes.
Washing machine was not setup properly and unable to use during our stay.

Disappointed by the apartment standard
The property is very well situated.
The apartment doesn't provide enough equipment for a family, dish not clean (should change), problem with the washing machine after using it - we had to close the tap as water was coming out of the machine, kitchen tap broken - need to be properly fixed, the bathroom in the main room has water stuck in the shower - the property provided a "ventouse" to have the water evacuated knowing this problem existed (and the bad smell after evacuating the water), the dining table & chairs are very fragile - must be very careful while sitting. This apartment needs to be refurbished as soon as possible.

Nice staff, has useful facilities and free wifi. Great location.
Our contact for booking was very useful. Betty the staff that met us was very nice and informative. Facilities is a bit dated but had all that we needed and more than enough to be comfortable. Great location Free wifi was a plus.
Washing machine corner leg is missing I think? Which made it bounced when washing. One of the toilet seems to not be completely grounded. Kitchen tap was loose but still works. Otherwise everything else was good.

disaster
The support from booking to limit my stay to only one night was ok.
Worst experience in my life. 1. appartement sold originally was 65m2 2.one day before arriving two changes by whatsapp. but when i call 5 times about these changes no answer 3.at arrival proposed appartement was 27m2 in a building where at the outside of the building and in the lift was clearly mentioned "NO SHORT TERM RENTING IS ALLOWED IN THIS BUILDING" (no legal renting!!!!!) 4.appartement not clean, from the 4chairs around the table 3 were broken and no glass for drinks etc..... THIS PROPOSED APPARTEMENT IS FAKE
